Limito ("the Service") is an AI-powered trust verification tool that analyzes URLs, product listings, and text for signs of deception, fake reviews, and scam activity. Results are informational estimates and do not constitute guarantees or legal advice.

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must not share your account with others.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to harass, defame, or target specific individuals.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our detection models.
• Automate requests in excess of the API rate limits.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Resell or redistribute scan results without attribution.

• Free tier: 3 scans per day, basic analysis only.
• Pro tier: $7.99/month billed monthly via Stripe. Unlimited scans and deep analysis.
• Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from your account page.
• Refunds are available within 7 days of a new subscription if no Pro-only scans were used.
• Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.

Limito scan results are informational only. We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of analysis results. You should use your own judgment before making purchasing or financial decisions based on our output.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Limito shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

All trademarks, logos, and service names are property of Limito. You may not use them without written permission. Scan results you generate belong to you; the underlying detection methods and models belong to Limito.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the account settings page. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Limito operates. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through direct negotiation. Unresolved disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration.
